Carmel Weddings offers Personal, Individualized services because we know that everybody is unique and special. For this reason, we offer a variety of services and packages. We offer everything from initial advice and consultations right on through to full wedding planning and coordination services. Our beautiful wedding ceremony packages can be used just as they are, or as a reference point to create your unique ceremony. Ceremony with Minister ..... $275
Our Ministers will work with you to customize your ceremony. We offer non-denominational and religious ceremonies, as well as male or female Ministers, in either English or Spanish. For 2-500 people.
Photographer ..... $400
Our award-winning, internationally recognized photographers will take over 100 high-resolution photographs! You will be given a DVD to keep of your wedding day pictures. We have worked with our photographers for years and know that they LOVE to be creative and have fun with our couples.
Additional time is $200 per hour.
Flower Circle Heart $200
Confidential California Marriage License ..... $250
We have a notary available to issue marriage licenses on the spot, with no waiting on the day of your wedding. Carmel Weddings will file your license with the State of California after your wedding. About 7 - 14 days after the license is filed, you will receive one certified copy of your marriage license, compliments of Carmel Weddings.
Bamboo Arch ..... $350
Decorated beautifully with silk flowers and sheet fabric in your choice of colors.
Canopy ..... $150

Musician ..... $200/hour
We have talented guitarists, keyboardists, and even bagpipers available! Other musicians are of course available, just ask us!

Do you need a Marriage License?
We can arrange to have your Marriage License issued on the spot. Carmel Weddings will mail your Confidential Marriage License to the Monterey Courthouse and you will receive your Marriage Certificate within two weeks of your wedding. Don't let legal details spoil your day, just leave all that to us!
Do you need event insurance at your wedding site?
Then look no further, Carmel Weddings has the required event insurance on file with the State of California, as well as with the local cities on the Peninsula.
Do you already have your own Photographer or Officiant?
With Carmel Weddings, you are free to use your own Photographer or Officiant if you already have one in mind! Otherwise, you are welcome to use one of ours!

Because Carmel Weddings wants each couple and their guests to enjoy their wedding, we require that each custom designed wedding have at least a four-hour wedding coordinator on-site at a fee of $85 per hour. This ensures that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Free, unlimited consult and location selection included. This is included with your Carmel Weddings fee.
You can of course work with your Wedding Coordinator Kathee, Raechel, or Joel to customize your wedding to be just the way YOU want it!

As a courtesy to our professional ministers, photographers, musicians, and others involved in your wedding who may have another engagement, a late fee of $25 for each 15 minutes that the wedding is late may be added to the final cost of the wedding. The wedding photos and/or marriage license may be held until late fees are paid. When you agree to hire Carmel Weddings to hold your wedding ceremony, you agree to this policy.
